Individuals aged 18 or older who live in Texas and who have a clinical need identified during their consultation may qualify for treatment. Not all treatments are eligible for telehtealth appointments and some may require an in-office visit. During your initial consultation, a qualified medical provider will assess your individual needs based on available information and your personalized treatment plan will be updated or confirmed during your initial visit.

Frequently Asked Questions
If your provider determines that a prescription is part of your treatment plan, it will be shipped directly to your provided address in discreet packaging. Please note that we can only fulfill prescriptions for patients located in our supported states. If you're outside those regions, you’ll receive a full refund and no prescription will be issued.
Some of the treatments we offer may include compounded medications, which are not evaluated or approved by the FDA. We encourage you to speak with your provider to understand the benefits, risks, and whether compounded medications are appropriate for your care.
No office visit is necessary. You'll begin by completing a consultation request. A licensed provider will review your information, possibly follow up with questions, and determine whether treatment is appropriate—all through our digital platform.
Your provider will review dosage, usage, and side effects during your consultation. In addition, you’ll receive written instructions from the pharmacy with every shipment. If questions arise, both your provider and the pharmacy team are available for ongoing support.
Depending on your location, prescriptions are filled by a trusted partner pharmacy. We typically work with CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid and other reputable pharmacies.
Due to safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or reused. All medication sales are final. If you believe there was a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at team@preema.org or call us at 430-4-PREEMA.
PREEMA is not equipped to handle emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
